This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name https://mantraloktech.com (“Website”), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”).
The Platform is owned by Mantralok Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 with its registered office at Hyderabad, Telangana (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with Platform Owner. These Terms of Use relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”). Any terms and conditions proposed by You which are in addition to or which conflict with these Terms of Use are expressly rejected by the Platform Owner and shall be of no force or effect. These Terms of Use can be modified at any time without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates.
For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires “you”, “your” or “user” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user/buyer on the Platform.
ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.
The use of Platform and/or availing of our Services is subject to the following Terms of Use:
1. To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information to us during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account on the Platform.
2. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this website or through the Services, for any specific purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Your use of our Services and the Platform is solely and entirely at your own risk and discretion for which we shall not be liable to you in any manner. You are required to independently assess and ensure that the Services meet your requirements.
4. The contents of the Platform and the Services are proprietary to us and are licensed to us. You will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in its contents. The contents includes and is not limited to the design, layout, look and graphics.
5. You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Platform and/or the Services may lead to action against you as per these Terms of Use and/or applicable laws.
6. You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services.
7. You agree not to use the Platform and/ or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms, or Indian or local laws that might apply to you.
8. You agree and acknowledge that website and the Services may contain links to other third party websites. On accessing these links, you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy and such other policies of such third party websites. These links are provided for your convenience for provide further information.
9. You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for the Services.
10. You shall indemnify and hold harmless Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
11. In no event will the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits or revenues, business interruption, loss of business opportunities, loss of data or loss of other economic interests, whether in contract, negligence, tort or otherwise, arising from the use of or inability to use the Services, however caused and whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, warranty or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by You for using the Services giving rise to the cause of action or Rupees One Hundred (Rs. 100) whichever is less.
12. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
13. These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
14. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
15. All concerns or communications relating to these Terms must be communicated to us using the contact information provided on this website.

Platform-Specific Terms

The following terms describe the Services offered through the Mantralok Platform and apply in addition to the Terms of Use set out above.

Services offered on the Platform

Mantralok is a spiritual wellbeing platform operated by Mantralok Technologies LLP. Through the Platform we make the following available to users:

Spiritual Growth — personalised spiritual plans, guided meditation, daily devotionals and prayer journalling tools offered on a subscription or one-time basis.
Guidance — access to independent mentors and astrologers, personalised astrology charts and reports, virtual workshops and structured courses, booked as individual sessions or as programmes.
Engagement — a marketplace through which independent providers and sellers offer spiritual services, consultations, content and related products to users.

The Platform is offered in Personal, Family and Institutional editions. The specific inclusions, duration and price of each service are displayed to you on the relevant product or checkout page before you pay, and it is that description and price that apply to your purchase.

Marketplace model and the role of the Platform Owner

The Platform operates as an intermediary within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Mentors, astrologers, providers, sellers and other third parties who offer services or products through the Platform (each, a “Seller”) are independent persons and are not employees or agents of the Platform Owner.

Where you purchase a service or product offered by a Seller, the contract for that service or product is formed between you and that Seller. The Platform Owner facilitates discovery, booking and the collection of payment, and does not itself provide, supervise or guarantee the service or product supplied by a Seller.

The Platform Owner does not warrant the qualifications, credentials, availability, conduct or the quality, accuracy or outcome of any service or product offered by a Seller. Listings, ratings and descriptions are provided by Sellers and you should assess them independently before purchasing.

Sellers are responsible for describing their offerings accurately, for honouring the price displayed at the time of your purchase, for delivering within the timelines stated on the listing, and for complying with all applicable laws, including tax and consumer protection laws.

Payment terms

Prices for services and products are displayed on the Platform in Indian Rupees (INR) before you confirm your purchase. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable by you; we do not add undisclosed charges after checkout.

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise. Where taxes are shown separately, the total payable will be displayed to you before you authorise payment.

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateway providers. Your payment card, bank and wallet details are collected and processed by those providers under their own terms and security standards. The Platform Owner does not store your full card number, CVV or banking credentials.

Subscriptions renew only where you have expressly opted for recurring payment at the time of purchase. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time before the next renewal date, and cancellation takes effect from the end of the period already paid for.

Amounts collected from you in respect of a Seller's service or product are settled to that Seller net of the Platform Owner's fees and applicable taxes. Refunds, where approved, are processed in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 in order to transact on the Platform. A parent or legal guardian may create and operate an account on behalf of a person below that age and remains responsible for all activity on it.

You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information when you register and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.

You must notify us promptly at the contact details on this website if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

User content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform, including journal entries, reviews and posts. By submitting content you grant the Platform Owner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

Your private journal entries and personal reflections are not published to other users, and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you own or are otherwise entitled to submit the content you post and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

Restrictions on use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person;
impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
circumvent the Platform in order to transact with a Seller outside it, so as to avoid applicable fees;
introduce malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its systems or another user's account;
use automated means to scrape, index or copy the Platform or its contents without our written permission; or
use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms or by Indian or local law.

Nature of the Services

The Services provide spiritual, devotional and wellbeing content and access to independent practitioners. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and no content or session offered through the Platform should be relied upon as such. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or the emergency services.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms of Use, if your use creates a risk to other users or to the Platform, or where we are required to do so by law. Where practicable we will give you notice and an opportunity to respond.

You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy. Suspension or termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations, including payment obligations already incurred.

Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, complaints regarding the Platform, any content on it, or any transaction carried out through it may be addressed to our Grievance Officer, whose name and contact details are published on our Privacy Policy page. We will acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours of receipt and endeavour to resolve it within 30 days.
